A Simple, Powerful Prayer in Challenging Times
SATSANG OF THE WEEK https://mooji.tv/satsang-of-the-week In this beautiful video, Moojibaba addresses the concerns and fears that many are facing in the midst of the current global crisis. Mooji shows us a powerful exercise and prayer which is a tremendous support during such trying times — a ‘thank you’ prayer. “I’m going to show you right now a very simple practise to help you to feel calm and integrated again. Of all the mantras, of all the wonderful things you can think about, or say, or feel, saying, ‘Thank you’ is one of the most effective and great mantras or prayers you can make.” Monte Sahaja, Portugal 28 March 2020 ~ More videos and Satsang resources in the light of the current crisis can be found on this page: http://mooji.org/covid-19/ ~ This video is the ‘Satsang of the Week’ for 29 March 2020 Watch: https://mooji.tv/satsang-of-the-week Subscribe for weekly notifications: https://mooji.org/subscribe-satsang-of-the-week #Mooji #satsang #spirituality #advaita #nonduality #awakening

15 Minute Meditation Sounds - Bowed Tibetan Bells - Delta Waves
15 Minutes of Meditation Sounds - Listen at low volume for best effects. Music - Coming Down from the Album Purity by Christopher Lloyd Clarke http://www.enlightenedaudio.com/ Read below Christopher's description and recommendations for listening to this music: "I highly recommend that you listen at a very quiet volume, and I mean VERY quietly. It only needs to tickle your eardrums ever so gently to work its magic. It’s also worth mentioning that in some cases, listeners who are exceptionally stressed may find this music irritating at first. Those who work in the healing arts will recognize this as a sign of stresses and/or traumas that have surfaced and are ready to be released. Keeping the music at a quiet volume will help to moderate this experience. The purifying sound of bowed Tibetan bells is the focal point of this minimalistic healing music. Accompanied by lustrous chimes and occasional washes of white noise, the therapeutic tones of "Purity" are designed to clear the mind, purify one's energy, and soothe the nervous system" More Meditation Timers: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_hjloc_pVmK5EEKUVbsEj4Ph_Set6pFp Tee Spring Store: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcMlXenUSs8W9s2MaLomwbw/store

Mooji is a direct disciple of Sri Harilal Poonja, the renowned advaita master, or Papaji, as his followers call him. In 1987, a chance meeting with a Christian mystic was to be a life-changing encounter for Mooji. It brought him, through prayer, into the direct experience of the Divine within. Within a short period, he experienced a radical shift in consciousness so profound that outwardly, he seemed, to many who knew him, to be an entirely different person. As his spiritual consciousness awakened, a deep inner transformation began which unfolded in the form of many miraculous experiences and mystical insights. He felt a strong wind of change blowing through his life which brought with it a deep urge to surrender completely to divine will. Shortly after, he stopped teaching Arts, left his home and began a life of quiet simplicity and surrender to the will of God as it manifested spontaneously within him. A great peace entered his being, and has remained ever since.

The key here is understanding what meditation actually means. Meditation goes beyond the serene or blissed-out mindfulness presented in pop-culture. It is not a zombie-like state that is free from thought and emotion, either. As elucidated by Mingyur Rinpoche, meditation is a process of discovery — a path of realising the inherent potential that exists within each of us. During this event, you will explore the core elements of meditation, including awareness, compassion, and wisdom.
